Minute-by-minute (typical)
- Story — onset, scans, meds, sleep, work, sport, what you have already tried
- Red-flag screen — symptoms that need medical review before physio continues
- Movement tests — how you bend, squat, reach, walk or balance
- First treatment — manual techniques and/or gentle activation as appropriate
- Homework — 2–4 clear exercises and one behaviour change (sit breaks, stair strategy)
- Plan — suggested follow-up spacing and what “better” should look like in a week
Home vs clinic
Home is ideal across Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, Lucknow and Dehradun when the problem lives in your daily environment. Clinic (Ghaziabad only for Quick Physio today) suits people who want a quiet room and can travel comfortably.
Neither setting lowers clinical standards. The setting should serve the plan.

Frequently asked questions
How long is the first session?
Often up to about an hour. Follow-ups are commonly around 40–45 minutes.
Will I get machines on day one?
Only if they help the plan. Many first visits are assessment + hands-on + exercises with no electrotherapy.
Home or clinic for session one?
If travel flares pain or you are caring for someone at home, book home. If you prefer a clinic environment and can reach Vasundhara or Shastri Nagar, book clinic.
What should I wear?
Clothes you can squat, lie down and move your shoulder or hip in. Avoid formal workwear you cannot bend in.
